Genius 5 types of sweet treat dips

Winter is already here and there will be Christmas parties, holiday events, or just you watching home alone at home with some food and drinks.

I decided to come up with these dips simply by looking for stuff in my cabinet in my kitchen for a nice warm snack. I came across the usual oreos, chips and granola bars. I got board of this so I decided to come up with certain constructions to make sweet dips. Sweet dips that are great to dip any sweet food in there, trust me it is delicious.

PS  ALL IMAGES BY SHUTTERSHOCK ROYALTY FREE

Simply this is great for snacking, I dipped everything from twinkies to strawberries in my dips because they are all sweet and sensational, it is a change from the usual snacks you eat it can basically be a revolution.

Today I am going to recreate accessible snacks / treats into dips which are simple, and also beautiful. Marshmallows, peppermint, oreos, chocolate. Everything wintery and snackish. This is also obviously great for parties, pot lucks, gatherings, etc as people will want more and more from this. smile because the revolution is coming.

I hope you guys enjoy this delicious melt in your mouth treat. because you will keep on wanting more and more and more.

Today I will be making a oreo cookies and creme dip, a white chocolate peppermint candy dip, a red velvet dip, a PB & J dip and lastly a chocolate spice cream dip.

Oreo / cookies and creme dip

you will need :

1 XL bag ( one case ) of  original oreos/ peppermint flavored oreos ( for Christmas )

easy : simply seperate the cream from the cookies, put the cream in one bowl ONLY THE CREME and microwave for 1 minute, then stir it should be ooey gooey goodness, for the cookies in a ziplock bag, place the cookies and crush them with a rolling pin into a fine powder, then fold it into the oreo creme and you can literally dip anything into it !!

I dipped : chocolate bars, strawberries, cookies,crackers and even twinkies ! : / ( i kno kinda gross....twinkies .......... )

White chocolate Peppermint candy DIP

You will need :

2 bars of white chocolate
a heaping 1/4 cup of cool whip ( whipped creme, already whipped)

a few mint leaves to garnish
1 tbsp peppermint extract
1 ts vanilla extract

HOW TO : melt the hot chocolate over a double broiler until fully melted. Prepare the SMALL box of cool whip by pouring 1/2 of the whipped cream into the serving dip bowl, carefully fold in the chocolate. BEFORE MAKING ALL OF THIS, freeze the candy/canes in the freezer. take them out and place it  into a ziplock bag and crush them into a fine powder with a mallet, then carefully fold it into the chocolate cream with all of the other ingredients, top the dip with more peppermint candy powder / crushes and some mint leaves !! enjoy !!

RED VELVET CREME DIP

YOU WILL NEED :

2-4 UNFROSTED LARGE RED VELVET CUPCAKES ( i went to georgetown cupcakes , and tell me  i died after eating the red velvet cupcakes !! ( PS eorgetown cupakes won cupcake wars and they have a show i belive called DC cupcakes ? ) )
1/2 stick of creme cheese (  en espanol es quesa crema )
1 drop of red food coloring ( en espanol es color comida roja )

In another bowl with a mixer mix the cool whip and creme cheese ( quesa crema ) together until it it whipped and well combined, slowly remove and transfer to the serving dip bowl, lastly fold in the cupcake crumbs and the food coloring until well mixed, THEN SERVE !!

Dulce de leche apple cinnamon quesadillas

This is such a simple treat that I always enjoy on a crisp winter day for breakfast, as I can speak spanish too, I purchased dulce de leche and had it with cookies dusted with powdered sugar, it just gave me to love to fall in love with dulce de leche, because it was too delicious.

( image by caloriecounter.about.com ) ( this is my usual brand that I use )

I usually like to used the canned or jarred dulce de leche because it is convenient and easy to purchase usually in your local supermarket or latino store close by, although I also like to make it myself at home where i will give you a simple recipe.

I decided to come up with dulce de leche apple cinnamon quesadillas because I just love latino food..... it's super delicious with the tortillas and dulce de leche from the latino culture and apple and cinnamon from the winter/fall twist, it is just great to enjoy all year round and it is delicious.

If you do not know what dulce d eleche is it is the best caramel in the world, latino style and it is my love ( me gusta dulce de leche mucho !! ) ( i might have got my spanish wrong ) ! it is condensed milk caramelized to deliciousness !

I hope you enjoy this latino winter twist idea !! enjoy !!

( image by shuttershock search apple and cinnamon )

Recipe : APPLE CINNAMON DULCE DE LECHE QUESADILLAS

For the homemade dulce de leche ( easy and kinda authentic ) ( can method )

ingredients : one can of thick sweetened condensed milk ( I used the eagle ( bordens ) or carnation brand )

steps

1 ) remove any labels from the can of condensed milk.
2 ) fill a boiling pot with some room temperature water
3 ) add the can into the center of the water filled pan ( the water should cover the can in the whole process )
4 ) bring it to a boil on medium heat
5) let it simmer for at least 4 hours, add more water if it has evaporated just enough to cover the can
6) remove the can from the water ( turn off the heat obviously....) remove with kitchen thongs
7) let it cool on a stove wire rack until it is completely cooled
8 ) open the can with a can opener when it is 100% cooled ( cooling can take up to 1 hour )
9 ) there is your dulce de leche enjoy!

made easy and simple.... trust me the long process it totally worth it !!!!

For the quesadillas you will need ( makes 2-3 quesadillas )

10 tbs of dulce de leche
 2 tbs confectioners sugar
2-4 apples
5 tbs of cinnamon spice ( grounded into a powder )
2-3 tortillas

to cook : olive oil

1 ) with a chopping board and knife chop the apples into a crescent moon shape thinly sliced, set aside
2 ) combine all of the cinnamon and confectioners sugar in a bowl, set aside.
3 ) with the tortilla spread 2-3 generous tablespoons of dulce de leche on one side, on that one side add in some apple slices and cinnamon sugar, fold the quesadilla in half so that everything is secured.
4 ) heat a large skillet over medium heat pour some olive oil and evenly distribute it around the pan, add your quesadilla folded in half cook one side till golden brown, flip and cook the other side till golden brown.
5) serve on a serving plate with toppings.

For the topping : dulce de leche caramel cinnamon cream

Ingridients :

 200 ml whipping cream
4 tbs confectioners sugar
5 ts cinnamon spice powder
5-6 tbs dulce de leche

DIY BODY BUTTER !!!!!!

The solid winter days are coming :( bad for me and the dry skin eh? Every winter I usually finish about 1-2 pots of body butter to revive my skin to just not be way too dry, actually I even use up tons of tubes of hand cream or butters, I use it a lot during the winter  although all year round it can be used. Body butters and creams can be really pricey at times, even though they smell good and is very nourishing one pot can be expensive and FULL I mean FULL of bad chemicals and stuff....

My favorite butters/creams :

#
( image couretsey of loccitane, the body shop and nourish organic online store )

I realized that the base for these products were mainly oil, butters, fragrances and tons of other chemicals and fragrances, I decided to try out without the chemicals and formulated a body butter recipe that is all natural and organic, while still keeping your skin smiley and happy. It is just a base of natural scents, butter and oils that will keep your skin glowing and smooth all winter long plus it makes a good lot of body butter, PS because a little goes a long way it is very, I mean very moisturizing.

Image couretsey of shutter shock royalty free images, from right to left : shea butter, coconut oil and violet/lavender essence scent oil ).

I hope everyone has a blissful winter with wonerful skin, especially formulated for dry to normal skin and is just great, effective, and more cheaper and moisturizing.

Home made organic all-natural body butter ( makes around one pot )

for the base :

1/2 cup of Shea butter , organic and all natural
1/4 cup of cocoa butter, organic and all natural
1/4 cup of mango butter, organic and all natural
1/8 cup of almond or avocado oil
1/8 cup of coconut or hazelnut oil

1) prepare a double broiler on a pot over medium to low heat, add your butters and oils until it is fully melted but not boiling.

2) transfer into a bowl ( freezable ) and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours plus or until solid, it should still be able to pierce into though.

3) after it has set prepare a mixer, and whip up the base mix until whipped and fluffy, it should not be stale, hard or oily.

For the add ins : ( optional, you can add stuff in or not, the base is just unscented and natural )

grounded dried spices/herbs ( ex. cinnamon,rosemary,etc)
liquid soap coloring ( specifically soap coloring, to make it colorful )
extracts/fragrances/essences/essential oils
dried lavender or other add ins like ( aloe gel,etc )

how to : after whipping everything slowly with a spoon fold in any add on's lightly fold it, just to make it Incorporated nicely but not too fluffy.

Storage how to and tips :

Personally, I like to store it in mason jars or old candle jars ( i like the ones from bath and body works) with pre made personalized labels / pictures.

Store it in a dark and cool place not in a hot place, if not it will melt.

If it starts to get oily, transfer into a bowl and repeat steps two and three but do not add anymore add on's.

can last up to 1-2 months, best used fresh.

how to get a flexible back fast : dance beginners !!

I always had A hard time getting flexible especially for those who attend dance/cheer/gymnastic sports that require yourself to be really flexible in order to be successful. These are some moves I used for when I was a beginning dancer to get my flexible back ( this is especially formatted for dancers. ) These are 5 poses/moves to help you.

1st move : bridge / back bend  ( if you do not know what this looks like, search it up :) ) ( from easiest level to hardest 1 = easy, 4= hardest )

1st stage : start off with your hands on the floor laying on you back hands  backwards ( wrist facing your body ) legs bent ( like you are doing a slight kneel but not all the way ) then slowly push yourself lifting your hands and feet ( sole and palms on the floor ) and your back should be arched like a bridge. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds.

2nd stage : repeat 1st stage, the when you are arched slowly try to walk your hands and feet closer to each other.

3rd stage : on a wall.

Stand up in front of a wall and go into an arch legs slightly bent and arch your body back, arching you down if you cannot go all the way down use the wall and your hands by " stepping " on the wall with your palms to help you.

4th and final stage : similar to 3rd stage do a full back bend/ arch/bridge without a wall completely straight away.

2nd move/pose  is Child's pose : simple and relaxing ( only one stage .... kinda.... )

Easy kneel down on your knees head and stomach  ( sticking ) on your thighs/legs, hands straight and forwards ( do not bend your hands/arms !! ) and slowly with your fingers slowly drag yourself forward to stretch.

3rd move / pose is derriere kicks ( or batmonton something in ballet.... )

basically hold your arms and hands or relax them on a barre bar / ballet dancing bar or on a table about your chest high, arms shoulder width your whole body facing the table/bar do not turn your hips, stomach tucked inn and chin up have a straight back, point your legs  and carefully lift and kick back ( your legs ) do NOT bring your chest forward to the bar or lean forwards and/or back, keep your mind and body straight.... this may hurt a little............. muscles and stretching............ lower back guys.

4th move/pose: back pulls

lay on your stomach fully on the ground then bend your arms shoulder width ( like about to do a push up but with your stomach on the ground ) , then gradually push yourself up lifting the back up legs on the ground still but back and chest lifted.

5th move/pose: pike stretch/toe touch

get up on your feet and stand up , without curving your back or bending your knees aim to touch your toes, DO NOT BEND KNEES !! just get up keep your back straight and touch your toes, hold for 8-15 seconds. then relax with child's pose.

I just hope that these straches would help you in dance/gym/cheer or whatever you are doing, it sure helped me and gradually now I do have a flexible back. hope you enjoyed

good luck,

Ms.Spice

Maple Syrup Pumpkin ( fall... miss it already :'( )/peppermint ( christmas ) spice steamed cakes :)

Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
around 100ml of any milk I prefer cow's or almond :)
one (free range) egg :)
2-4 tbs of maple syrup 100% grade B or pure agave nectar or raw honey
1 tbsp. olive or coconut ( melted) oil
Few drops of vanilla extract/peppermint extract ( or both )
1 tbs of pumpkin puree OR a few  crushed peppermint barks/peppermint chocolate( melted)

Dry ingredients
2-3 tsp. baking soda ( 1.5 ts baking powder to 1.5 tsp baking soda ratio )
about 150g of all purpose/baking flour
20-40g(depending on sweetness intended) of powdered sugar/candy/frosting sugar( confectioners sugar) I used around 30g.
pinch of  sea salt

How t0 :)

1) First  combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl, whisk the milk and eggs together, then slowly add in the oil, extract and ample syrup, this time just mix lightly. Lastly while mixing add in the melted peppermint bark or slowly the pumpkin puree ( not chunky ), then set aside. tip : let it bubble a little bit, but not way too much.

2) Sift  all of the dry ingredients together with a flour sifter to a huge bowl, then slowly combine the wet ingredients 1/4 of it at a time and just mix until well combined, do not over mix.

3) : With a small scooper or a spoon, spoon in the mixture into steaming cake liners or foil cake liners ( foil cupcake liners), fill it up about 70-80 percent full. Then lightly plop and drop them on the table to get the extra air ( bubbles ) out.

4) place the cakes in a steaming pan/frying pan with about 200-350 ml of hot water on extra high heat or until the water boils, when it boils let down the temperature to medium-low, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.

5) carefully remove the cover from the pan, to avoid h20 ( water...) dripping into/onto the cakes place it on a rack to let it cool before you frost them.

For the frosting:

1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/8 cup of icing sugar
1 ts of all spice / pumpkin pie spice
1 pump of peppermint syrup/ around 1 1/2 ts of peppermint extract OR vanilla extract/vanilla syrup
around 5 tbs of pumpkin puree OR 5 tbs of melted dark chocolate OR peppermint bark ( melted )

how to :)

1 ) in a bowl add in the cream cheese and icing sugar, whip it up with a mixer until creamy and smooth. tip : add in the sugar little by little when whipping the cream cheese

2 ) slowly add in the extract and syrup while mixing, add in a little at a time.

3 ) add in the chocolate or puree and whip till fluffy and smooth.

4 ) transfer into a piping bag ready to go, frost the cakes when cool and ready.

Garnishes : for peppermint : candy cane ( crushed ) or more peppermint bark,  for pumpkin : caramel topping ( caramel sauce ( smuckers brand ) ) or pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon for dusting.

ENJOY! I hoped you guys definitely try the desserts that I recommend and also to try out this recipe because it is so enjoyable to eat either during cold seasons, like fall and winter. It is sweet, warm and delicious. I hoped you enjoy a lot.

warmly,

Ms. Spice

EVEN BETTER THAN STARBUCKS Pumpkin spice latte recipe : Starbucks copycat that is better than the real thing

This is my absolute favorite time of the year fall, the hazy skies, the colorful leaves and the lovely winter and of course STARBUCKS I literally splurge on this every fall and winter because it is just so good. This is one of my fav drinks in Starbucks but because they do not have it at the Starbucks where I live which is sad so I just make it at home.

So here it is I hope you enjoy ! Thumbs up and comment for more copycat recipes , more coming up soon.

Ps I need blog help how do I upload a pic without failing ? Thanks :)

Pumpkin spice fall latte recipe

Ingredients

1to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée or CANNED PUMPKIN ( not pie filling ) ( I used Libby's canned ) or just make your own by steaming it till soft and purée ingredients it by mashing or in a food processor. Or torani pumpkin spice syrup ( i would go 1/2 pumpkin spice syrup 1/2 vanilla syrup) , get it on AMAzon Starbucks uses this.

A half to one tea spoon of pumpkin pie spice ( cinnamon nutmeg cloves and all spice together )

freshly grounded blackpepper and sea salt ( just one pinch ) ( i used himalayan salt or pure sea salt )

2-3 tbs of pure white cane sugar

2-3 tbs of pure vanilla extract

2 cups of fullfat milk or full fat cashew milk ( for vegans )

1,2 or 3 shots of dark espresso ( i would just go for1-1 1/2 shots ) ( OP , if you don't like coffee )

1/4 cup of whipping cream, whipped or whipping cream in a can ( LIKE REDDYWHIP or COOL WHIP )

stuff you need :

coffee machine/ espresso maker
mixer, blender or a balloon whisk to mix or whip up the whipping cream ( op , if you have REDDI whip or COOL whip no need )
stove and boiling equipment
wood mixer/spoon
balloon whisk
blender

HOW TO :

In a small boiling saucepan, over low to medium heat, mix up all of the pumpkin with the pumpkin pie spice :) then add in your salt and pepper, then cook for about 1:30 to 2 minutes or until it seems steamy, hot and it smells delicious. Make sure that you stir really really well !!

Then add in your white sugar, you may want to turn it to lower heat because it may caramelize quickly stir it into the pumpkin mix and mix really really really well, incoperate it into the pumpkin. It should look kind of bubbly, with a really thick gooey texture like a syrup, make sure that you do not burn the sugar.

In a bowl combine the milk and vanilla extract whisk well or until small bubbles form up, then set  it to heat up in the pumpkin-sugar mix on the stove and then warm the milk slowly over medium heat, just warming it not boiling.

To make everything nice in a blender blend on high everything to get it find of bubbly and frothy what i did is i poured 1/2 the mixture into my mug and the other half i blended into the froth, top it off with your frothy milk, whipped cream, and extra pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon or maybe dark cocoa powder or salted caramel if you would like.

The anotomy of my pumpkin spice:

1st layer : just the milk mixture
2nd layer : frothy milk mixture
3rd layer: whipped cream
4th layer:extra pumpkin spice,vanilla syrup,cinnamon and cocoa powder.

DIY beauty : Chapped lips are horrible ! I need to solve it fast !

Winter and fall is coming up, and as usual the flu season as well, although I always have one problem at this time of the year and it can get very annoying the horror is called CHAPPED CRACKED LIPS! it's dry and flaky, and it can also be painful too! It is not fun to get every time of the year, so I came up with some solutions.

The average treatment is just lip balm or chap stick on your lips, this can take a long time to heal ( really I have gone trough it ), if not Vaseline which can also take a long time to heal. Every fall and winter time I stock up on these lip products that I recommend, also I make tons of diys to help my chapped dry lips be painless and heal faster.

Lips need the treatment too you know just like skin and hair ! You need to exfoliate your lips, care for the and also you need to moisturize them !

I came up with these three solutions including 2 money saving DIY's and one recommendation. HOPE YA ENJOY !

First solution : Lip scrub , yes it can be expensive in stores like LUSH so create a base, flavoring and whip it up all together !

base : choose 1-2

Granulated sugar
brown sugar
palm sugar/coconut sugar
Rock salt
fine table salt

Moisturizers : choose 1-2

carrier oils like ( almond, coconut, jojoba, olive, etc) DO NOT USE VEGETABLE OR FRYING OIL!
Carrier butters like ( shea, coconut, cocoa, mango, etc ) DO NOT USE PEANUT BUTTER !
vaseline or petroleum jelly ( do not over use this )
lip balm bases
honey or agave nectar

Falvourings: choose 1-3
essence oils ( orange,pepperment,apple,etc)
extracts ( vanilla,peppermint,almond,etc )
powders ( cocoa powder, vanilla,etc )

I like to use the ratio of 2 parts of base to one part moisturiser and a few drops or blobs of flavorings, I whip this up in a bowl and mix it all together, then I transfer it into a small container ready to scrub my lips.

How to : just like you would use a body scrub, moisten your lips with water and carfully exfoliate it with a dampened towel, apply the scrub and exfoliate, wash off and apply a lip moisturizer.

The toothbrush is your friend : moisten a toothbrush with water ( no toothpaste needed here ;) ) then rub it on your lips carefully until it is smooth.

A quick treatment:

WHIP IT ALL UP

your lips will love you if you put :

honey or agave nectar
lemon juice
citrus juice
vaseline/ petroleum jelly
carrier oils ( coconut, walnut,etc )
lip balms / lotions / butters
carrier butters ( cocoa, shea, mango ,etc )
cucumber juice

I like to make a combination of these and leave it on my lips for 5-15 minutes, and not touching it.

honey + carrier oil + lemon or citrus juice = the healing treatment
vaseline/petroleum jelly + cucumber juice + carrier butter = bliss of smoothness
agave nectar + lip lotions/butters/balms+citrus juice = daily treatment

I usually use these stuff 1-2 a week , and lip scrubs 3-5 times a week to get good lips again.

concurring things :

DO NOT PEEL YOUR LIPS
DO NOT PICK ON THEM
DO NOT LICK THEM

try to drink water daily to get better lips because dry and chapped lips can be a sign of dehydration.

I use and avoid these products that may help you.

USE :

Carmex balm
Aquaphor lip ointment ( HIGLY RECCOMENDED )
blistex lip medex or blistex origianal
chapstick origianal
co bigelow rose salve
vaseline
EOS lip balm ( mint )
burt's bees revitializing
cliniqe superbalm treatment
palmers cocoa butter formula ( ultra moisturizing )
nyakio oil infused lip balm
vaseline lip therapy line
lush mint julep lip scrub
and last but not least khei's #1 lip balm

avoid using / doing :

lip stick
chemical based lip products
waxy lip products
lip gloss/shine
skipping drinking water
licking your lips
picking on your lips
drinking acidic drinks
Alcohol based lip products ( dries them out )
menthol, camphor, phenol and related products for your lips
silicone based lip products
fragrance based lip products

I hope this guide helped you concur your holiday  chapped lips. ENJOY!

Spiced fusion mango lassi and blog talk

I would not necessarily call this a traditional Indian lassi that I would get at my local Indian market or  cafe. It is different than the usual because it is mixed with a little bit of fusion cuisines and tastes. It has some Indian tastes, using the Punjabi type style coming along with British Indian tastes, an American milkshake texture, a cross between a smoothie and of course it is fall so I needed to spice it up with some flavor. It is pronounced LUH-SEE, as one of my Indian teacher's said so I came up with this idea to do it.

I paired it up beautifully in a plastic mason jar I purchased it target to make it look nice. Taste wise I would rate it four point five out of five stars, that is because it is hard to find Indian ingredients here where I live. It starts of with the spice kick up the straw, that is the first thing you taste then the soft sense of mango hits you in the face with that creamy obey gooey texture. In fact it is so good I am sipping on it right now.

I also made this recipe a vegan option, this is a healthier version of  the original lassi and this one is lower in calories a swell, it can also be packed with protein.

So here it is, hope you all enjoy !

Spiced fusion mango lassi

Ingredients

For the base :

1 medum sized mango peeled and sliced into small peices or one small box of sliced mangoes from the store

1-3 tbs of full fat cows milk or soymilk ( I used soymilk to make it healthier )

about 1/8 of a cup of indian style yogurt or full fat greek thick yogurt

crushed ice cubes, I used about 1/2 of a cup

100 to 200 ml of pure water

For the flavorings

Pure 100% vanilla extract
a few pinches of Coarse sea salt ( I used himalayan )
as much honey or agave nectar as you would like, I used a lot ( you can use white caster sugar if you wanted to )

Spices :

I used cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin spice

other spices I reccomend :

all spice

star anise

ginger powder

cardamom powder

and other sweet spice powders

Equipment :

measuring spoons

measuring pyrex pint

serving glass

blender

bowl ( optional, to put any of your ingredients in there.

Steps :

1 ) if you haven't so chop and slice the mangoes

2 ) add in all of the base ingredients into the blender  and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth ( I used a nutri bullet, so it was not that time consuming )

2) after blending give it a good mix and add in your spices, blend for another 10 seconds

3) mix and add in your flavorings, blend for another 10-20 seconds. It should be silky smooth

4) pour into a serving glass and garnish with some mint and extra spice powder on the top.

ENJOY !!

Information :

Quick 2 minute fall drink ( best for bedtime )

This is my absolute favorite drink for an all year-round bedtime drink , which I think is suitable for fall that is.

When I was little my mom always told me to drink a cuppa milk before I went to sleep for sweet dreams and a lovely evening. I never did like plain milk since I was little ( unless it is with cereal or something of course ), so I drank it all up with sugar which of course again UNHEALTHY :(

I came up with this concoction late September because fall was coming up. I did not want to run into Starbucks everyday to grab a pumpkin spice latte before bed, So I just randomly came up with this with all the stuff from m y fridge and pantry.

Here it is I guess it is called " Spiced Bedtime milk " and It is healthier ( white sugar free ), I also came up with a vegan offer.

Ingredients ( for one small mug )

1/4 to 1/2 cup of full fat cows milk ( organic ) / vegan option vanilla soy milk
A few drops of pure vanilla extract
1 ts of raw honey / vegan option agave nectar or maple syrup
A dash of cinnamon powder spice
A pinch of star anise powder and nutmeg powder spice
A dash of Pumpkin spice mix
Palm/ Coconut sugar ( optional )

toppings:

Whipped cream
Dairy free chocolate chips
Cinnamon powder spice

Steps

1 ) pour all the milk into the mug, followed by all the dry spices, honey, and palm sugar. Mix well
2) Microwave for 30 seconds or until lightly warm, take it out with a towel slowly out of the microwave.
3) add in the vanilla and microwave for another 10 seconds or until warm and toasty.
4) take your mug out and finish it off with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon powder and some dairy free chocolate chips ( optional )

ENJOY !!!

tips

Want it during summer or on a hot day ? top off with ice cubes and shake in a cocktail shaker or air tight water bottle to create a cold effect

Add different stuff in there I tried salted caramel syrup, vanilla syrup, and other things.

Use it to make your nightly/morning coffer or tea shine !

Ideal for campouts and sleepovers , it pairs great with smores and cookies !

Notes :

I usually get my vegan products at whole foods or trader joe's as there is a wider variety

I love to top it with this combo : whipped cream + crumbled choco chip cookies + chocolate syrup

As I said before best suitable for bedtime as a warming joyful drink !

I hoped you guys enjoy this recipe that is very simple and easy to make, It only takes me around 2 minutes.

Please comment down below, request for some things !!

Next recipe : Mango Spiced lassi

Share this blog and make your lives happier !!

Intro to my blog channel !

Hello world :) !,

🍰 I am one of many happy little people around the world who has a taste for creativity.
I do have various passions I guess as I am a dancer, a chef ( I mean I would count myself as one ) , an artist ( I guess ) and I love to do a bunch of other stuff that are just fun.

I have traveled all over the world from pairs to New York to London and back where I learnt all of the delicious different cuisines and of course, enjoyed all of them :).

I always wanted a blog so badly just so I could just write freely, and make people's lives ( and myself of course) happier sometimes.

I love art called " zentange " ( just look it up, it'll be interesting. Because I am mainly good in designing material and stuff.

💛 💙 💜 💚🎨🎵 🎶🎭 🏫📃🌹

I learnt how to cook an egg at the young age of four years old, and now is cooking complex foods at home ( even though I will share simple recipes ), and I just love everythin' about food and just the kitchen.
🍷 🍴 🍕 🍘  🍜 🍲🍦🍉 🍓 🍌🍍

I am a dancer who is currently taking classes for ballet and jazz ( my main focus ) , loves to practice lyrical and contemporary and absolutely falls in love with pointe classes.

I think that on this blog it will be featuring mainly cooking/baking recipes ( or stuff to do in the kitchen ) that is simple ( maybe , not sure ), sometimes beauty stuff ( maybe mostly DIY's ) , and other cool stuff ( obviously has to do with lifestyle ).

I guess that I will start posting during weekends ( depending on my schedule ), although some apologies since sometimes I can be too busy.
